I am by name Juliet Oluchi Umejiego. I am a Pharmacist and i am a Nigerian. i am Igbo by tribe from Imo state.

WHY DID I CREATE THIS BLOG?

I created this blog because i noticed many people are moving towards living healthy, therefore they are confused on what food is good enough for them. Being a Professional myself, i believe that i can reach thousands of people (thanks to the internet!) through my blog. Now you can know more about how healthy our Nigerian foods are!.

WHAT DO I HOPE TO ACHEIVE?
